Our Lady's Plan for Purity and Safety of school children

This devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary under the title of Our Lady of America enjoys complete canonical approval through former Archbishop of Cincinnati, OH, the late Paul Francis Leibold. Through his written correspondence and public actions, Archbishop Leibold approved for public devotion this private apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary to Sister Mary Ephrem (Mildred Neuzil).

OUR LADY OF AMERICA

I am Our Lady of America. I desire that my children honor me, especially by the purity of their lives.
~The first words spoken by Our Lady of America, September 26, 1956.

Veil of Innocence wishes to work with Our Lady of America Apostolate www.ourladyofamerica.org to foster devotion to the Mother of God under the title of Our Lady . Our Lady of America is particularly concerned with purity and youth. She calls on them to be the "Torchbearers of the Queen", and she promises her heavenly protection. Our Lady of America has requested that a medal be caste and worn by those who seek assistance.

Veil of Innocence encourages parents to purchase Our Lady’s medal from Our Lady of America.com. This medal could then be given  by mothers and fathers, personally, with great solemnity, to each of their children at the proper maturational time. Parents, in their own words can speak of the virtue of purity, that secret garden, kept tenderly by God’s grace through Mary. The children will be instructed that prayer to Our Lady of America will not fail them- that they should often repeat the words,  By thy Holy and Immaculate Conception, O Mary, deliver us from evil. (Mary promised she would.)
